Regarding the Global Youth Career Sustainable Development Plan for Multinational Corporations ESG/SDGs
Disclaimer of Internship and Vocational Training Arrangements
Welcome to apply for the "UNGLEP Multinational ESG/SDG Global Youth Career Sustainable Growth Program" (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") initiated by the United Nations Global Leadership and ESG Development Center (hereinafter referred to as "UNGLEP or the Center"). In order to clarify the nature of internships and vocational training arrangements in this program, clarify the rights and obligations of all parties, and avoid misunderstandings or disputes, the following statement is made:
As the initiator of this program, our organization provides internship opportunities, vocational training, ability assessments, and relevant qualification certificates for participants. We will be responsible for recommending to international organizations, multinational companies, leading listed companies, unicorn companies, etc. that have signed cooperation agreements with the UNGLEP Multinational ESG/SDG Global Youth Sustainable Development Program for all applicants who have obtained qualified certificates for internships or employment training. However, none of these recommendations constitute any form of employment or internship hiring commitment, guarantee, or employment obligation.
1、 Nature of this plan
This program aims to provide participants with opportunities to learn, train, understand and practice ESG/SDG related industries, including but not limited to course training, career development support, competency assessment, and relevant qualification certificates. The above activities do not constitute any commitment to internships, practical training, or employment positions.
2、 Recommended but not a commitment to employment
The participation and completion of internships or practical training by students in this program does not automatically guarantee or guarantee that they will receive formal internships, practical training, or job offers from this institution or any cooperating units. This institution expressly excludes any express or implied warranties regarding employment after the completion of the internship. Whether participants can obtain internship or vocational training positions depends on the job requirements, policies, evaluation criteria, and independent decisions of the cooperating units.
3、 Internship/Vocational Training Non employment Relationship
The internship or vocational training that participants participate in at the cooperating unit is a short-term, non employment practical activity and does not constitute a labor contract or employment relationship. Our center and cooperative units do not assume any obligations under the labor contract.
4、 Code of Conduct and Exemption from Liability
Participants shall comply with the laws and regulations, public order and good customs, business ethics, industry standards of their respective countries and regions, as well as the rules and regulations, confidentiality agreements, and behavioral norms of our center and cooperative units. If a participant violates the aforementioned regulations (including but not limited to disclosing trade secrets, submitting false information, engaging in fraud, serious dereliction of duty, misconduct, or other dishonest or improper behavior), resulting in the termination of the internship or vocational training relationship, disqualification, or non employment, the participant shall bear all consequences on their own, and the center shall not be held responsible.
5、 Unilateral termination
During the internship/training period, if the participant's performance does not meet the basic requirements of the cooperating unit, violates relevant management norms, or encounters situations that make the internship unable to continue, the cooperating unit reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the internship arrangement in advance.
6、 Insurance protection
To ensure the basic safety of participants during internships or vocational training, our center will purchase personal accident insurance covering the corresponding period for participants who meet the conditions and have already entered the internship or vocational training arrangement. The coverage, compensation standards, and specific terms of this insurance shall be subject to the insurance plan separately announced by our center.
7、 Applicable Law
This statement shall be governed by Chinese law and interpreted in accordance with Chinese laws, regulations, rules, normative documents, etc.

As a participant in this program, I have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily agree to all the contents of this statement.

Privacy Policy and Personal Information Authorization Agreement

Welcome to apply for the "UNGLEP Multinational ESG/SDG Global Youth Career Sustainable Growth Program" (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") initiated by the United Nations Global Leadership and ESG Development Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center"). We solemnly promise to strictly protect the personal information you provide to us in accordance with applicable international data protection standards and relevant laws and regulations.
Please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of this Privacy Policy and Personal Information Authorization Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") before submitting your application. When you check "Agree" and submit the application, it means that you have confirmed acceptance of all the terms of this agreement and agree that it will take effect from the date of your submission.

1、 The scope of personal information we collect*

We only collect personal information within the scope necessary, legal, and proportionate for the operation of this plan. This center will not collect additional information unrelated to the project. To successfully complete the recruitment, selection, and subsequent management work of this plan, we will collect the following categories of information included in your personal resume and relevant application materials (if applicable):
-Identity information: including name, gender, nationality, date of birth, ID type and number, ID photo, etc;
-Contact information: including email, contact phone number, mailing address, etc;
-Educational background and professional qualifications: including graduation/current institution, major, educational level, transcript, language proficiency certificates (such as IELTS, TOEFL), award status, and other professional qualification certificates;
-Internship and work experience: including all work/internship experience, project experience, and recommender information listed in the resume;
-Application materials: including supporting application documents such as recommendation letters, papers, and portfolios that you have voluntarily submitted;
-Technical information: When you visit the official website of this program, we may automatically collect IP addresses, device identifiers, and browsing behavior logs through tools such as cookies to optimize website services;
-Special category information: If health or other sensitive information needs to be processed due to job requirements, we will inform you in advance of the specific purpose, processing method, and retention period, and seek your separate explicit consent. You may refuse to provide relevant information, and such refusal will not affect your participation in the general application process (unless the job arrangement of the position requires such information).
2、 Purpose of using personal information

We will not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to this program. If processing is required for additional purposes, we will seek your additional consent in advance. Your personal information will be used for the following purposes:
-Evaluate your compatibility with this program, process your application, and contact you at various stages of recruitment (such as written exams, interviews, etc.);
-Conduct necessary verification of the education, work, and other background information you provide;
-Establish student profiles, arrange internship tasks, conduct project evaluations, and issue relevant certificates for you;
-Ensure the security of the platform and services, fulfill legal obligations, and cooperate with regulatory or judicial requirements;
-Sending you plan notifications, updates, or news through email, SMS, and other means; We may also conduct analysis based on de identified data to continuously improve the service quality of this plan.
3、 Sharing and transmission of personal information

We will share your information with the following entities within the necessary scope:
-Internship unit: In order to arrange the internship, your necessary information will be provided to potential internship units for interviews and job matching;
-Service provider: Under strict contractual constraints, we may entrust trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud services, data analysis agencies) to provide technical support;
-Law and public institutions: if necessary to comply with the law, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the center and others, public interests, or national security;
-Internal authorized personnel: staff members of this center and its affiliated institutions who need to access information for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement;
-Cross border transmission: Due to the global nature of this program, your information may be transmitted to cooperating institutions or technical service platforms located in other countries or regions. We will take appropriate international data transmission protection measures, including but not limited to encrypted transmission, access control, contractual protection clauses, etc. Although there may be differences in data protection standards among different countries, we will ensure that your information receives a level of protection not lower than that of the source country during cross-border transactions.

4、 Data subject rights
You have the following rights to personal information:
-Query and Acquisition: You can request confirmation whether we process your personal information and obtain relevant content.
-Correction: If the information is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request us to correct it.
-Delete: Under legal circumstances, you may request us to delete personal information related to you.
-Withdrawal of consent: For processing activities based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time, but it does not affect the processing behavior before withdrawal.
-Restrictions or Objections to Processing (if applicable): In specific circumstances, you may request restrictions on processing or raise objections to processing based on specific reasons.

5、 Information retention period
For applicants who have not been selected, we will retain basic application information for 6 to 24 months after the recruitment process ends, for record management and potential follow-up opportunities; After expiration, it will be deleted or anonymized. The specific deadline will be determined based on project management needs and applicable laws.
6、 Force Majeure and Limitation of Liability
If personal information is leaked, lost, tampered with or damaged due to force majeure such as government actions, natural disasters, cybersecurity incidents, hacker attacks, computer viruses, network operator service interruptions, or reasons beyond our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to take remedial measures within the scope permitted by law, but this clause does not exclude our minimum obligations under applicable laws and international practices.
7、 Application of Law and Dispute Resolution
The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any dispute arising from this agreement, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly consultation. If no agreement is reached through negotiation, both parties may submit the dispute to the Beijing International Arbitration Center for resolution through arbitration.
8、 Protocol Update and Independence
We reserve the right to update this agreement in a timely manner. If there are significant changes to this agreement, we will notify you in advance via email or official website announcement, and seek your consent again if necessary. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the continued validity of the remaining provisions.

Personal Information Authorization Statement

I have carefully read, fully understood, and fully agree to all the contents of the Privacy Policy and Personal Information Authorization Agreement. On this basis, I voluntarily authorize as follows:

1. I agree and authorize the United Nations Global Leadership and ESG Development Center and its authorized operational platform to collect, store, process, use, and transfer all personal information provided by me during the application process for the recruitment, selection, and operational management of the "UNGLEP Multinational ESG/SDG Global Youth Sustainable Growth Program".

2. understand and confirm that this authorization is a necessary prerequisite for applying to participate in this program.

3. I am aware that according to relevant laws and regulations, I have the right to cancel my account and withdraw from this plan by contacting official channels. After exiting, we will cease further processing of your information. However, in order to comply with legal obligations, ensure consistency of project records, or handle information necessary for unfinished matters, we will still keep it for the shortest necessary period of time and delete or anonymize it after the deadline expires.
