United Nations Global Leadership & ESG Programme (UNGLEP) Makes Debut at Tsinghua University Campus Recruitment, Launching Global Youth Career Sustainability Advancement (GYSCA)
Recently, the United Nations Global Leadership & ESG Programme (UNGLEP) made its official debut at Tsinghua University's 2026 Spring Campus Recruitment Series. As an important international organization dedicated to advancing global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) development and youth leadership cultivation, UNGLEP introduced its "Multinational Enterprise ESG Global Youth Career Sustainability Advancement (GYSCA)" to the Tsinghua campus, engaging in in-depth discussions with Tsinghua students and building a platform for direct dialogue between young talents and global industry leaders.
Spotlight Session at Tsinghua SEM, Launch of GYSCA — Building a Global Career Sustainability Ecosystem
On the afternoon of March 26, UNGLEP participated in the "2026 Tsinghua SEM Spring Campus Career Fair" hosted by the School of Economics and Management (SEM) at Tsinghua University. The career fair was open to undergraduate, master's, doctoral, and MBA students across all grade levels, covering both full-time and internship opportunities. During the recruitment event, UNGLEP highlighted the launch of the "Multinational Enterprise ESG Global Youth Career Sustainability Advancement (GYSCA)." This program aims to address the challenges young people face in their career development by establishing a platform for direct dialogue between youth and industry leadership, thereby fostering a diverse and inclusive global career sustainability ecosystem.
A key highlight of the GYSCA program is the "Senior Mentor Public Masterclass." UNGLEP brings together top industry leaders, including presidents, vice presidents, chief talent officers, and chief ESG officers from multinational corporations, listed companies, and unicorn enterprises, forming a cross-industry, cross-generational mentor team to provide young people with practical experience sharing and career development guidance. UNGLEP has also established strategic partnerships with numerous multinational corporations, listed companies, and leading unicorn enterprises, offering young people global internship and career development opportunities.
ESG Certification Program Launched, GEAR Talent Standard Introduced
To support talent development and competency assessment under the GYSCA program, UNGLEP simultaneously launched the ESG Management and Practice Certification Program, developed in collaboration with Lenovo Group. This program integrates the ESG practical expertise of globally leading enterprises, helping young people systematically build professional knowledge and practical skills in the ESG field.
In addition, UNGLEP officially introduced the GEAR Talent Competency Standard System, designed to support young people in achieving long-term development in the rapidly changing AI era. GEAR stands for:
· Globalization — Global Vision
· ESG-driven — Sustainability and Responsibility Orientation
· AI-era Competency — Capabilities for the AI Era
· Resilience — Resilience and Growth
Young people joining the GYSCA program will receive systematic training and competency assessments based on the GEAR standard, unlocking new opportunities for sustainable career development.
Deepening University-Enterprise Collaboration to Empower Youth and Sustainable Development
Through this initiative, UNGLEP has brought cutting-edge international organization career opportunities and ESG resources to Tsinghua students. Looking ahead, UNGLEP will continue to collaborate with leading enterprises and universities to promote the deep integration of business for good and personal career development, building a responsible and sustainable career growth ecosystem for young people around the world.
