The GYSCA Masterclass is open to all members who join the GYSCA Talent Pool. Upon registration, participants can unlock full course access and engage in a comprehensive learning experience delivered by leading global mentors - free of charge. This masterclass series forms a core component of the GEAR Talent Framework, specifically within the "Resilience" domain. It focuses on building essential capabilities for sustained growth in an era of uncertainty, including self-driven development, stress management and recovery, long-term goal setting, and decision-making in complex environments—empowering young people to pursue stable and adaptive career paths in the real world.
The GYSCA Senior Mentor team comprises senior experts from multinational corporations, international organizations, and academic institutions, bringing extensive industry experience and a global perspective. Actively engaged in fields such as business, technology, ESG, and public affairs, they combine hands-on expertise with strong capabilities in talent development and strategic thinking. As a key pillar of the GEAR Talent Framework, the senior mentor team supports youth through masterclasses, case-based sharing, and in-depth guidance, helping them build future-ready capabilities—particularly achieving continuous growth and long-term development in critical areas such as “Resilience.”
